What is the check in process?
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Check-out time is 10:30 am. Late check- out can be arranged, subject to availability and charges may be subject to additional fees. Please let us know in advance what time you will arrive, and we will provide the self-check-in instructions.
Can I have extra guests in the apartment?
Our apartments accommodate a maximum of 4 people. No other guests will be allowed to stay in the apartment, and we cannot provide any more beds. Guests have responsibility to make sure that only 4 people stay in the apartment. Failure to comply with the rules with result in immediate vacation of the property.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, we have free on-site parking conveniently located just outside the apartment itself. This is securely monitored with 24-hour CCTV.
What is provided at the apartment?
We provide bed linen, towels, hairdryer, smart TV, and basic toiletries. The apartment is fully self-catered with a kitchen, en-suite bathroom, washing machine and fridge. All apartments have Wi-Fi included. There are several restaurants and supermarkets within a couple minutes of walking distance for your ease.
Does your apartment have a lift/elevator?
Unfortunately, our apartments do not have a lift and is only accessible by stairs. If you have any questions, please visit the contact page on our website and find the relevant number there.
How can I extend my stay?
Depending on the availability of the room, to extend your stay you are required to make a new booking either online or speak to the staff and book directly in for the best price guaranteed. It is not possible to simply turn up at Evergreen apartments on the day. We require all bookings to be made in advance to allow cleaning and preparation time for the apartment.
